1:1 Creative Entrepreneur Coaching

Business Owners and their organizations get stuck in three main ways : there is a sales problem, there is a capabilities problem, or there's an implementation problem. The entrepreneurs I work with typically have built a job for themselves and haven't benefited from the ownership of that business. The methodology used in PSco Coaching is to address the core issues and consider all aspects of the failing results. i.e. both the aspects of the organization and those that make up that organization.

A coaching engagement typically unfolds as follows:

  1. Business Assessment: We gain context for what you want, the strengths you have to hit that vision, the weak points, current company realities, and the opportunities that are presenting themselves. We start here because unless we are clear about where you are, we'll need to make sure we're addressing the actual core of levers of change. A part of this process may include assessments for you, partners, and potentially team members. This may increase cost by $110/per person.

  2. Route Next Steps: We'll take all that we've learned in the Business Assessment process and present a Route. This is a collaborative discussion where we nail down what the phased approach to the ideal outcomes you've expressed. This Route may be adjusted slightly throughout the engage if new information is uncovered or both parties agree.

  3. Engagement: This is the process. We'll create a custom client folder that will contain all we work on and a dashboard that will make sure we're constantly proactive and aligned. A session cadence will be established and there will be clarity on who is doing what by when. Every session will be a time for coaching, feedback, critical work, and charting next steps.

  4. Last 30: Towards the end of the Engagements we'll decide on one of three things:

    1. We've successfully completed the scope of work.

    2. We need more time to finish the scope and mutually decide to extend the engagement period.

    3. We've completed the scope and decided to stay engaged in a coaching capacity after AOS engagement.

Packet Details

  • Remote. IRL possible on some occasions or with additional fee.

  • Typically able to start within in a 1-3 week period.

  • You will receive each of the tools listed above complete and delivered to your organization.

  • This process requires both parties to commit to the process. There is a 45 day money back guarantee if you feel that PSco is not delivering. For those clients that lean in and do the right work, positive change and results can be seen quickly.

  • Commit to showing up to the sessions on time, prepared, and in an environment that's conducive for the conversations we'll be having.

    Consistent feedback given by the client so that we ensure the coaching is effective and proactive.

  • PSco works best with creative entrepreneurs who's business generates $500k+ in revenue or where the client has cash resources enough to give the proper margin to the process. Typically we find that we work best with those that have been entrepreneurs for 2+ years. Our aim is to take your company from ordinary to extraordinary.

  • It depends on the scope and cadence.
