Acceleration Operating System

The Acceleration Operating System is the process that I both learned throughout my experience, what I was taught by other coaches / advisors, and also what I see working with the clients I coach. It's very impactful for the creative entrepreneur who is looking for a methodology to create better clarity, communication, efficiency, and results within their business.

I started using this process in 2018. My company grew 85% in one year and saw a significant increase in culture, customer satisfaction, and financial stability.

It unfolds in four phases.

First, you schedule a time to talk or shoot me an eM. We speak briefly about your situation and whether or not this is a good fit for you. If needed, we’ll connect one more time at a deeper level to ensure all questions are answered. Assuming you want to move forward...

Second, PSco sends you acceptance materials. By eM, you'll receive an agreement (sign and return) and a NDA that I've already signed to ensure confidentiality regarding your company. Once you've accepted and completed those items you'll set up billing information and be set to be auto billed based upon previously agreed upon terms. Once the first payment is received, you'll receive a personalized digital folder with all materials and we'll work to set up our initial call.

Third, we'll engage at a cadence that's been determined and conduct the vast majority of the discovery, coaching, and implementation of the framework. This process typically takes about 12-16 weeks but in some cases may extend. During this time we'll have a minimum of 2 sessions a month focusing on coaching, feedback, and clearly setting next steps so we remain proactive in the process.

As we go through the process, several cracks in the foundation may be uncovered. Phil will coach to those points throughout the engagement. Any tools / resources available will be provided and included while the engagement continues. There may be potential for the scope to increase if all parties agree.

Fourth, 30 days out from the point in time that our engagement is set to end we will discuss the way forward. Engagements end in 3 different ways:

  1. We've successfully completed the scope of work.

  2. We need more time to finish the scope and mutually decide to extend the engagement period.

  3. We've completed the scope and decided to stay engaged in a coaching capacity after AOS engagement.

Packet Details

  • Remote. In person possible with additional fee.

  • 90 Day Minimum

  • Typically able to start within in a 1-3 week period.

  • You will receive each of the tools listed above, completed and delivered to your organization.

  • This process requires both parties to commit to the process. There is a 45 day money back guarantee if you feel that PSco is not delivering. For those clients that lean in and do the right work, positive change and results can be seen quickly.

  • Commit to showing up to the sessions on time, prepared, and in an environment that's conducive for the conversations we'll be having.

    Consistent feedback given by the client so that we ensure the coaching is effective and proactive.

  • PSco works best with creative entrepreneurs who's business generates $500k+ in revenue or where the client has cash resources enough to give the proper margin to the process. Typically we find that we work best with those that have been entrepreneurs for 2+ years. Our aim is to take your company from ordinary to extraordinary.

  • Pricing varies depending on company size. Pricing starts at $5,000 and takes place over at least 90 days.

  • Billed in 1/3 increments on the 1st of every month via Stripe. Money back guaranteed up to 45 days into the engagement.
